These terms cover buying Launch By Tonight from Invocation Inc at launchbytonight.com. The course is $9.99, paid once.
What you get
One payment of $9.99. It does not renew. You get the on-site interview, both PDF manuals, and the building prompts.
Stripe processes the payment. We do not store your card number. The privacy policy says what happens to your email.
How you can use it
You can use the manuals and the prompts to build and launch your own product. That work is yours.
You may not resell the manuals, publish them, or pass the prompts off as a product of your own. One purchase is for one person.
What the course is
Launch By Tonight is a how-to. It is educational material. It is not legal, tax, financial, or technical advice, and it is not a promise that a product you launch will sell. You decide what to publish and what to charge.
Refunds
The refund page is the 30-day money-back policy for the $9.99. Read it before you buy if that window matters to you.
If we fail to deliver
If we do not deliver the interview and the manuals described here, the remedy is a refund of the $9.99 you paid. We are not responsible for lost profits, or for what happens in a business you start from the material.
Which law applies
The laws of the State of Michigan, USA, govern these terms. Disputes are heard in the courts of Michigan.
